As 'Tantra' is not a registered trademark nor owned by any individual or organization, we have our own definition.
Tantra, in our view, is an embodied tool for achieving enlightenment. By deeply connecting to our physical bodies, we can sense where we are present with our consciousness and where we have yet to arrive. For example, we can connect to our breath generally but also to a specific area in or surrounding a part of our lungs that might not breathe or move at all. With presence, we can observe how our energy flows and where it becomes stagnant. We can feel whether we are operating on autopilot (or through ego patterns) or whether we are fully surrendering to the moment, letting go of the ego. In a state of full enlightenment, we are 100% present, 100% open, and 100% aligned with the invisible energetic field that surrounds the Earth and all its beings. Although the ultimate state is extremely challenging and hard to achieve for individuals in today's society, Tantra is still the fastest path to enlightenment.
In connection with others, energy begins to flow in areas where it has been previously stuck, often unconsciously. This allows us to raise consciousness in parts of ourselves where our partners may already have awareness. This might be a very painful process and can shine light on our ego patterns that have been there for years, sometimes for decades. Our minds may come up with a thousand reasons not to continue the Tantra practice. However, recognizing this phenonemon as quite usual, we encourage participants to continue their beautiful journey.
Consciousness is not limited to any specific part of our body, including our sexual organs; thus, Tantra may involve sexual interaction. As many cultures repress sexual feelings and expressions, leading to limited presence in this area and resulting in stagnant energy, contemporary Tantric practices often focus more on sexual energy release than on other dimensions of experience. The greatest win often occurs in the sexual area.
Tantric Temples are sacred sites from ancient India (now rarely found in this country), designed to guide spiritual awakening through symbolic architecture and carvings that represent cosmic principles and the unity of masculine and feminine energies. These temples depict both divine and human figures, often in intertwined forms, reflecting Tantric beliefs that embracing all aspects of experience can lead to enlightenment. They served as centers for meditation and rituals, embodying the idea that spiritual evolution includes embracing both the physical and spiritual dimensions with awareness.
Today, Tantric Temples are organized globally, usually on a commercial basis and typically include a sexual component or at least nudity. As the majority of people have sexual desires, fetishes, frustrations, or trauma, there is enormous interest in tools for releasing sexual repressions. Therefore, Tantric temples are often fully booked.
Individuals with limited presence, low energy in sexual areas, or severe trauma may find visiting Tantric temples or practicing Tantra too overwhelming or may get 'retraumatized'. Recognizing this risk, many Tantra teachers globally, also in light of the #MeToo movement, embrace the modern concept of 'consent'. This involves seeking verbal approval for any touch (e.g., "May I touch your forehead?" or "May I cup your genitals?"), ensuring that the receiver explicitly gives consent to the giver.
We refer to this concept of consent as 'the mental approach,' as it still allows participants to stay engaged with their minds even in an embodied practice.
We offer Tantric Temples and Weekly Tantric Temple Initiation classes to the global conscious community
In our Tantra Temples, we exclusively work with individuals who have significant dance experience or have developed their bodily presence through other embodied practices. We believe that when all participants have worked sufficiently on their Tantric Temple preparation and we dedicate significant time of our workshops into building connections between participants, the complete temple experience unfolds naturally—akin to the way infants respond instinctively to their surroundings. Without preconceived programming, their small bodies simply follow the energy. This is the ultimate environment we aim to create: a frequency that aids in our enlightenment on the Tantric path.
Our Tantric Temples are always themed and filled with dance. Although we aim to shine light on the dark side to reveal and release unconscious ego patterns, we primarily focus on joy, ecstasy, and pleasure, building a community with returning visitors that contributes to openness, safety, and, indeed, fun! We'd prefer to regard our temples as a dance with unlimited possibilities, than a tantric temple as such.
Instead of working with verbal consent, we require all our participants to feel into the current boundaries of the receiver, to attune with others. Also, we expect participants to express a 'no' whenever the giver tends to pass a boundary, probably due to a moment of lost attention, absence instead of ultimate presence. As an attuned couple or a group of people, we share a journey in the same energy, being observers of what unfolds, being surprised by what happens, rather than 'doing' or 'performing' a practice.
Therefore, it is not simply possible to 'buy a ticket' for our Tantric Temple events. Our main facilitators will either first dance with those who'd like to join in a public conscious setting or conduct a video intake session. We remain aware that 'enlightenment' is not a state that can be demanded, but sufficient homework should have been done.
At our events, we expect participants to hold space for themselves. If they are 'triggered' (experiencing stuck emotions that receive an invitation to release), we expect them to understand what is happening in their systems and bodies and to release themselves from the trigger and the often-related 'mind fucks' that accompany them. This implies that we do not have a 'space holders team' in our Tantric temple areas to serve those in a triggered state.
After each dance or temple event, we seek feedback from all participants regarding safety. If our community observes any participants falling into harmful patterns (often manifesting as inappropriate touching on breasts, buttocks, or genitals), we may ask that individual to focus on their preparatory practice before attending future events. We believe that individuals with limited awareness, numerous blockages, or recognized or underestimated trauma should thoroughly prepare by engaging in long-term programs before stepping into Tantra at all. The most beneficial path for them is to first engage in embodiment practices such as dance, massage, and/or yoga combined with consciousness practices such as meditation or mindfulness. This process can take years and may never be fully completed within a lifetime. After a while, the homework may be sufficient to add Tantra and Tantric Temples to the menu. Presence develops with patience, and flow arises from letting go of outcomes. For those still in the preparatory phase—the majority of individuals—we will also offer weekly dance workshops.
For participants in all our events, we encourage them to bring Tantra into their real life, to incorporate it into their own conscious practices, and to adopt a healthy, holistic, and connected lifestyle.
As the first Tantric Temple provider and completely anti-trend, we offer gender-specific pricing. We embrace a Tantric perspective on this matter, which aligns with statistical insights.
Our Tantric perspective comes from the roots of the human species: tribes still living close to nature, and in our own society up to just a few generations ago. We are genetically still exactly the same as thousands of years ago; nothing has changed at all. Yet, modern society is repressing more and more of our natural behavior. We primarily look at the natural, unprogrammed behavior of human beings.
In earlier tribes, men were recognized as the main holders of the 'outgoing' energy, focused on change, destruction, and creation with new technology. They have also been recognized as the main holders of the 'Shiva' energy—the energy of presence and vertical alignment. This combination defines men with the archetype of the protector who is also willing to destroy and change when necessary, allowing the entire tribe—the women, elderly, and children—to surrender; they are being taken care of. When diving into Tantra, both men and women report back in documentation and in our workshops that they are able to connect strongly with these primal, instinctive energies.
As men's natural focus is on 'change and improvement' rather than connection and stability, where women are usually the main holders, and the skills required for 'change' are often more scarce simply because it's new, it is rewarded financially much more by organizations, businesses, and NGOs. From a Tantric perspective alone, it is 'logical' that men earn more.
Our tantric perspective is confirmed by statistics: in all sectors in all countries, with exceptions in multi-level marketing, for example (a female-centric way of organizing), men earn significantly more money. This is a fact by the numbers. Additionally, through simple conversations with our participants, it appears that in couples, in 99% of cases, the man earns the most money. Also, single men almost always have more budget.
For the reasons above, we offer gender-specific pricing to uphold the innate responsibility of men to ensure safety and stability, allowing women to relax and surrender. Despite the price difference, we aim for a balanced gender ratio.
